THE WCC CLOWN MOTORCYCLE

IT WAS THE FORERUNNER OF THE VERY POPULAR CLOWN CAR, BUT FOR SOME REASON NEVER REALLY CAUGHT ON.

But seriously, folks…meet Isidro. By day, dedicated Cisco Burger short order cook, which in and of itself takes a great deal of skill. But when he’s not bustin’ butt at Cisco Burger serving the lunchtime rush, he’s out using his mad skillz making everything imaginable outta balloons, entertaining at parties, spreading peace and joy to children and families. He did a little demonstration for us and made some balloon-choppers for our desks the other day.

Fluff? My dear boy, simply put: fluff sells. Ya been to a Harley Dealer in the last 10years? Who’s gonna buy a Umpteen K bike in this economy? EVERYONE can afford a coupla fridge magnets, some HD coffee, and a pair of “biker” panties fer their fat wife. Either way, it puts food on my table.
    Thanks

Hey Rob, if you were a true WCC fan you’d be interested in all aspects of the business. Apparently you’re not as hard core as you think you are.

An artist recovers from the worst moments in their lives by continuing with their art, and believing – at least in part – that the beauty and skill that comes from that good, hard work speaks of the imperfections and hopefulness in ourselves that we work beyond. For some, that art is with living things: gardens, drawn with care, and tended so that blooms become larger examples of joy; for others, mastering the seemingly impossible and unmalleable steel hard medium of metal shows a strength – a trial through fire and fierce art – producing molded and melded roundness, and impossible-made-possible symmetry, using a substance much different than clay. Yet, the art is no less important, no less admired – and no less helpful to its Maker, in producing, of themselves, something of worth and beauty beyond themselves. I hope for better moments for this artist, beyond the disappointment and pain of today, and joy and hope for him and his family. I hope that his art helps him towards this, in a world too often filled with ugliness, and too ready to present a candy store availability, forgetting that empty shells, like people, are only sadder, with the taking. Miigwetch, quiet artist. Heal thyself with renewed vigour.
