3 Amigos Tequila is a about as smooth and drinkable a tequila as you’re going to find. One sip of this and you’ll be like “Patron who?” No. Really. We ran across their company while searching for cool finds for our Garage Magazine Kick the Tires review section. They sent us a bottle, and after much ummmmm “taste testing” by our internal staff of experts, found it to be everything the critics say it is. One reviewer described it like this, “On the tip of the tongue, it begins buttery and turns to a minty agave. Body: A very, very balanced agave body. Finish: No alcohol burn at all, with a very spicy finish.” Or in the words of Red, our resident tequila slinger and connoisseur , “Dammit to hell, that’s good! I’m getting some for this weekend!” The brand gets rave reviews and has a laundry list of awards under its belt. They practice organic farming, so there is no pesticide residues affecting taste, so it’s good tasting and good for you.
After the magazine was in circulation a few weeks, we started getting bottles of tequila left on our doorstep. Scratch that…cases of tequila. Turns out the folks at 3 Amigos wanted to thank us for the review, because after the magazine came out, their sales almost doubled. So we’re happy we could play a part in getting these guys a little exposure. We were really impressed by the taste, quality, and their craftsmanship approach they take when creating their product. 3Amigos is good..I love the Anejos. Out of all the tequilas, I like El Tesoro Anejo and 3Amigos Anejo. The aged tequila in oak barrels give that perfume like, silky taste where you sip with fresh tomato juice and sea salt. The tequila is so smooth, you sip it like a fine Cognac. Funny thing is..the reason why people shoot tequila is because they are drinking CHEAP tequila.

I’ve never heard of it and I love tequila. You guys have to try Bandolero….apparently you can only get it at Vons grocery stores! But their silver is awesome and it only cost $8 bucks!

It is nice to find a tequila that doesn’t burn going down and the fact that is 1 of a handfull of ORGANIC Tequilas makes a difference in the product. This company is ahead of the game also introducing their own also ORGANIC Margarita Mix “Margarita Sensations.” I highly reccomend these two products and watchout for their upcoming lines of products derived from the agave plants they harvest. The Three Amigos Tequila is by far the smoothest, best testing tequila I have ever experienced. It has a delicious flavor and the after taste it leaves in your mouth is unlike any other tequila because it is crisp and light, not heavy like most other tequilas. It gives you an instant buzz which is surprising because most tequilas require quite a few shots before you start to feel its effect. It does not give you a hangover at all the next day. I have always been a fan of Patron, Silver or Gold, but now, I will only drink Three Amigos, not only for the above reasons, but also for the price!

If you have not tried their Organic Kosher Tequilla you are missing out! It is the smoothest tasting tequilla I have ever had. Besides being Organic, the best part is that it has no alcohol burn. I highly recommend it to everyone who has tried other tequilla brands and thought eww, cause this made me change my mind on tequilla, and it will change yours too. Another thing is that it is not overpriced in comparison to other brands like Patron, 3Amigos is well within budget, allowing you to buy more. And trust me after tasting it and sharing it with friends you will need to make sure you have some on reserve at all times. Like me you will become a 3Amigos Tequilla drinker.

I recently experienced 3 Amigos Tequila for the first time. It is by far the smoothest tasting tequila I have ever tasted. The after taste that it leaves in your mouth is delicious. It is crisp, light and very fresh tasting unlike other tequilas that are on the market. I was suprised that although it is very smooth and has no burning effect, it definitely gave me an immediate buzz – this usually doesn’t occur until I have had a least a few shots of other tequilas, even the higher end brands such as Patron. Also, I did not experience the slightest effects the next day which was great. Not that I am a lush or anything because I am not, but I do like to let my hair down once in a while! Before trying this new tequila, I would always invest in Patron Silver for my company events and family parties. It is expensive but I thought it was one of the best so I always spent the extra money to please my guests and to impress my clients. Now because I have found such an incredible tasting tequila which is also very reasonably priced, I am never buying another bottle of another tequila if I can find this one. I agree with the comment in the article “Patron who?”

I am not a tequila drinker, in fact I’m a vodka or a scotch gal. I will say when I tried 3 Amigos, I am coverted :) This tequila is very smooth, no mixers required. I can actually drink this straight and enjoy every last drop. Seriously amazing and from me, that’s saying A LOT! Bravo for 3 Amigos!!

I have been a big fan of Paton Silver and Platinum for quite some time, but 3 Amigos is simply smooth from the first sip to the last drop….and no harsh ‘alcohol’ after taste. Definitely love it…I have finally broken off my relationship with the Jefe for good….there’s no going back now!! There is a new “Jefe” in town!

WOW!! What a surprise…quite honestly, I did not expect to be impressed.
The agave is incredibly well- balanced, not overpowering, and it’s surprising smooth in the first taste. In a word — MELLOW. It has a rich and sophisticated taste that kept me asking ” Mmmm….Let me try that again”. So if you are looking for something different then you need to try this.
And, I like the price.

Tres Amigos is one of the BEST tasting Tequilas I’ve come across. No burning or harsh after taste of rubbing alcohol. It’s very smooth & GREAT tasting. & the fact that it is organic gives me more reason to drink it often. :)
