After hundreds (if not thousands) of requests, Cisco Burger is offering hotdogs by popular demand. But not just any old hot dog. No sir-ee Bob! These babies are jumbo 100% all beef dogs that are grilled to mouthwatering perfection. And we’ve got 5 Signature Dogs to choose from, so you could have a different dog each day of the week! Here’s what Cisco will be serving up starting next week:
Old Chicago Style Dog – A grilled, jumbo all-beef dog topped with mustard, celery salt, tomato halves, sweet green relish, sport peppers, and a pickle spear, served on a fresh poppy seed bun.
NYC Cart Dog – A grilled, jumbo all-beef dog wrapped in bacon, topped with mustard, ketchup, mayo, grilled onions, and grilled red and green bell peppers, served on a fresh poppy seed bun.
Pastrami Dog – A grilled, jumbo all-beef dog topped with juicy pastrami, and swiss cheese, and mustard, served on a fresh poppy seed bun.
Classic Chili Cheese Dog – A grilled, jumbo all-beef dog topped with our homemade chili, shredded cheese and onions (on request), served on a fresh poppy seed bun.
Duchess Dog – A grilled, jumbo all-beef dog topped with Cisco Sauce, tomato halves, avocado slices, and a pickle spear, served on a fresh poppy seed bun. (onions on request)
B.Y.O.D. – Build your own dog! Start with a grilled, jumbo all-beef dog, pick your sauces, and pick your choice of 3 items from our fresh ingredients. Additional items are extra $$ per item.
Your Name Here Dog – That’s right. Here’s your chance to get your 15 minutes of fame. We want to hear your best ideas for the perfect hot dog. So we’re having a contest to see who’s got the Top Dog recipe. Send us your hot dog idea, and a name for it, and just might make it on the menu. If your dog is picked Best in Show, and makes it onto the menu, we’ll send you a Cisco Burger Tshirt, and treat you to a free dog a month for the year. If you live out of state, WE’LL eat your free dog every month and write to you to let you know how much we enjoyed it. Win-win. So start submittin’ those ideas!!!

Here is my invention. Grilled dog, toasted bun with chipotle peppers mixed with mustard, top the dog with fried potatoes and melted pepper jack cheese. Awesome.
